NOTABLE TRAD CLIMBING ACHIEVEMENTS

Mayan is one of the most accomplished trad climbers out there today. With her appreciation of history, and the drive and skill to bag truly milestone climbs, Mayan has, and continues to help author, the next and most exciting chapters in modern rock climbing, worldwide. And never mind the whole “female rock climber,” designation. The girls - with Mayan marching point - have pulled so even with the boys that gender designation is virtually meaningless. So leave it at Mayan Smith-Gobat: rock climber. And know she’s one of the best we have.
